Great job....!!! . I needed to get my breaklight replaced, didnt know where to go cause IT was geting late, LORD AND BEHOLD ON MY WAY HOME I NOTICED AUTO ZONE, I HAVE NEVER BN. THERE CAUSE I KNEW IT WAS A MANS STORE, BUT WHEN I ENTERED, THIS GENTLEMAN ASKED IF HE COULD HELP ME, TOLD HIM MY PROBLEM AND HE WALKED OUT , ME FOLLOWING AND.ASK HIM IF HE COULD HELP ME PLZ, IN A VERY FRIENDLY VOICE HE SAID OF COURSE, HE GOT HIS TOOLS AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING, MADE ME FEEL GOOD, DIDNT TAKE LONG , THAT HAPPEN TODAY.. THERE WAS ONLY 2 EMPLOYEES WORKING, ONE WAS ON THE PHONE SPEAKING SPANISH SO I WENT WITH THE NEXT EMPLOYEE SPOKE ENGLISH, WISH I COULD REMEMBER HIS, PEOPLE LIKE HIM ,KEEPS PEOPLE LIKE ME COMING BACK..., I KNOW NOW IT ISNT JUST A MANS STORE. I KNOW WHERE TO GO NEXT TIME .... THANKS BUDDY. YOU MADE MY DAY...

Customer service is usually real good, ,, they have good prices and are always willing to help.

I've had terrible customer service the past 2 times I've went. 1st timei i didn't have enough details so I was treated like I was stupid. 2nd time I had every detail possible.. but since I didn't dumb down what I needed I was treated horribly and I got embarassed in front of the other customers. I got what the problem was and left. They're not getting a dime from me anymore. Rude.
