One of Byrd's Auto tow trucks hit me while towing a car at my work. The Owner himself said he would fix it, not worry about going through my insurance they had a body shop. He said he would order me a new bumper right away and call me when he was ready to fix my truck. They scratched my lower rear panel down to the metal and bent it and bent my bumper backwards.  They called and said they was done. When I got there I could see they painted over the scratch but didn't use primer or anything on the metal so you can still see the metal through the paint, they did not wet sand or anything over the paint so it's rough instead of smooth and they didn't get the bend out. The "new" bumper he said he would order turned out to be a used one that was bent, and on top of all of  that the trim on the bumper came off my old bumper. I would be ok with this but when they took the plastic trim off my old bumper some of the snaps that hold the trim on to the bumper broke off so they don't fit properly. He told me again he would order new parts and would call me when they came in, that has been over a year ago. If he does this to someone's truck that is trying to help him out I would hate to know what other crooked stuff he does.

I had a blowout on the interstate today and my roadside service contacted Byrd’s Automotive. The gentleman arrived quickly, was very polite, and was very cool about the fact that I had my two dogs with me. The situation could’ve been a lot more stressful, but it went about as smoothly as it could. My roadside recommended that I get towed to an Advanced Auto, but the Byrd’s employee told me they only sell tires and don’t do service work which would’ve saved me a lot of hassle. Instead he took me to a nearby Walmart, spoke with the employees there while I waited in his truck with my dogs. I’m so grateful for his level of professionalism. I’m embarrassed to say I had no cash to tip him, but I’m hoping my review will encourage others to use this company in the future.

Horribly Rude on the Road, Very reckless driving, and does not pay attention to what is going on around them on the road. If I need help from such a company, I will be sure NOT to call this company.

Liars....rude service....told all my friends and family who been doing businees with them for to stop....took my car there twice...and they didn't do nothing......tried to tell them what was wrong with the car...even my mechanics told them what's wrong with the car...and they was real rude....didnt do nothing but look at it....they wouldn't even print up a receipt for the work they did....

Have been a customer for 25 years.  Recently had to have vehicle towed because of a no-start condition.  Professional techs looking professional and doing professional work.  Byrd's stands behind their service.
