Thursday afternoon I purchased $90 worth of merchandise. Oil, filter and a few other items. I had just got around to changing my oil Saturday (since it was raining) and had come to find out that I had received the wrong oil filter. While returning the oil filter, I was told that it's the correct filter for my vehicle, which is true. However, I paid for a higher grade product than what I received. After receiving my new filter with a bit of an argument, I went home to finish my oil change. Once I arrive and pop open the 5qt bottle, I realize something strange. The safety lock is cracked, paper seal removed and inside is USED OIL! I immediately called autozone and spoke to the manager about the issue. I had no longer had my receipt so I had to contact my rewards card and receive a code through that. After taking all the steps the manager has told me to do, I went in with the oil from my vehicle and the used oil i was sold. The manager was at lunch so a different employee "helped me". After explaining my situation, providing proof of purchase and showing the WARM OIL from my vehicle, she continued to harass me about the possibility of me being a thief trying to score free oil. At this point I'm extremely irritated but understand her point of view. However, she then proceeded to ask me for my bank information, purchase history and card numbers to "prove I purchased the items." After finally receiving my oil, she pushed them to the edge of the counter and walked away without a word!

It is clean and well organized. The employees are very helpful and they are very knowledgeable in their products.
