Christmas decorations are great and they are priced low. Employees however are rude! The women are all very nice and courteous! The two men that work there(especially Roy, a small balding fellow) are rude!!! They would stand in the middle of an isle and can see that your trying to get through but would NOT move unless I said "excuse me" and both men looked completely unhappy with their jobs and never smiled. When I was checking out Roy was talking to another employee with an irritated tone, sighed and rolled his eyes then said "just give me the keys already!" To what IDK but they made me feel like a customer is more of an annoyance and not the reason they had a job in the first place!

I love the warm welcome when I walk I the store. The girls at the registers do a great job. They smile, say hello, they are sweet and polite even when customers are not. The girls are a large part of why I return to Big Lots. Great customer service! I love the prices at Big Lots! We are retired and income is limited so Big Lots is very helpful.to us! THANK YOU! The store is clean! However: the bathroom is disgusting, not because it is old, because it is not clean. Sorry! I love the store though.

I will never spend my hard earned money at this location... they were rude the customer service was very poor ... the employees on the clock over looked me and treated me as is I was not there... I was in line waiting for help and the cashier took the customer after me in stead of helping me .... I had to get help from an employee who was off the clock not a good store

I have been a customer of Big lots since I was a child but u will not shop here ever again. Never have I been treated so rudely in my life. The minute I walked in the door and started browsing they went on the loud speaker and asked security to scan my section. I have never stolen so much as a candy bar in my entire life and I wasn't even last the registers yet! I was looking at the headphones against the Windows looking out over the parking lot, fully within the people working the registers viewpoint. I shook that off and went to look at one of the displays right in front of the checkstands with jewelry. I wascrouching down mixing and matching my bracelets and necklaces when not one employee but several plus a security guard walked over and told me that "oversized" bags are not allowed and I would have to leave it up front with the registers. I looked at her like she was crazy and told her that under no circumstances was I going to leave my purse with my personal belongings somewhere I was not] and I gathered my things letting them know I would never be shopping in their store again and walked out. I will never again go to Big lots And be treated like a criminal. Store #4035 mortified me in front or members of my community. Not to mention I watched several women with "oversized" purses walk in and shop with no problems(i spent a good 20 minutes standing at my car observing the comings and goings of people at big lots) I am very unhappy and I did not deserve this terrible treatment. Of I could give it no stars it would be too many. Never again will I shop at this trashy place.

Card machine went down. Said it would be up in a couple minutes. So we waited for sometime. And no one came to us and said anything. We left 204.00 dollars worth of stuff there. Communication is the key don't just let the customer wait.. bad service
