I don't review AutoZone in Jeffersonville every visit, but if I did it would be similar to this review. William, went above and beyond for me when I came into the store a second time in a day to buy something and mentioned how I forgot to use an email discount a couple hours earlier. He took care of it and quickly. THAT is amazing service. I plan on spending hundreds or thousands more at AutoZone. They have been my GO TO auto parts store for MANY years and I don't see that changing anytime. Thank you again, William. You are a great asset to your company. You have helped me MANY times actually. It is about time I gave you some praise.

Staff were extremely helpful and polite. A few of them even stayed after hours to help me change my broken serpentine belt just as a courtesy, without expecting anything extra. Always a great selection of parts at great prices.

They have always been helpful here, never try ro push parts I don't need. Always great recommendations on what to do. They help even if it doesn't benefit them.
