Tom was amazing!! I went in with a horrible battery issue. I knew I needed a new one as the smell was horrible and it was leaking. Tom let me know it was good we stopped as it was close to blowing up. He said he thought the battery had a short (which wouldn't surprise me as a different auto parts store first tested it put the cables on wrong). Tom got me a new one and installed it for me. Made it so me and my daughter were able to get home safely to Provo.Thank you Auto Zone for the quality and professionalism of the people you hire.

The employees here are always so helpful and knowledgeable. They have always helped me find exactly what I need for my car. Their prices are cheap too. This is absolutely the best car parts store in Cedar City.

I believe his name was Cody Webb, but he was absolutely FANTASTIC! My boyfriend and I have NEVER been disappointed with AutoZone or it's staff in any state or city which is why we chose to visit AutoZone for some new wipers and some insight on the demon inside our car! My car was almost undriveable because of the severe crackling and loud booming taking place with the car on or even off. Cody explained his previous experience with a similar situation and did an "exorcism" on our car to remove this demon by removing the stereo fuse from our fusebox and VOILA! My car has been cured! Thank god! And thank you Cody for being absolutely awesome, funny, and so knowledgeable and patient with us. We couldn't be happier and will always recommend AutoZone to everyone we know!
