I am not from Cedar City but was passing through and had some serious concerns about my car.  I asked at a local business who they recommend for automobile problems and they recommended Midtown Tire and Auto.  I arrived shortly before closing on a Saturday and they were willing to fit my car into their schedule and check my car out to may sure it was safe to continue on my trip.  They were very nice about it, and they did not charge me anything since there was not work that needed to be done at that time.  I was very glad they were responsive to my concerns and were honest and did not invent a problem.

We have been going to them for almost as long as we have lived in Cedar. They are good to get on our vehicles and I always feel they are not trying to do repairs that we do not need. They have even dropped my wife off at her work as they were working on one of our cars and then picked her up when the car was done.

On vacation, when suddenly coming into Cedar City,  our 1993 begins to sputter... She's never been driven this long. On a recommendation, we show up when they open hoping that they can squeeze us into their schedule. They did and were on the road again in only 1.5 hours thanks to their speedy service!! Thanks guys, sure appreciate your help.  #wyomingbound

I inadvertently over-filled my Acura with oil, with the result that the crank would whip the oil into foam which isn't so great for lubrication.  Until I could get some of the oil out,  the car would lose power and die.  Rather than risk damage, we had the car towed to Cedar City where the next morning Mid-town made it a priority to check out the car.  I had drained enough oil out, and diagnosis indicated our car was good to go.  We made it back home to Colorado with no problems.
The most amazing thing, when it was time to pay for Mid-town's time and trouble, I was told there would be no charge.  Really rare in my experience so Mid-town is worthy of ten stars in my book.
