this location received my old car battery so that they can recycle it properly. there was a little wait because of the line but the associates saw me walking up with the battery and helped me by opening the door for me and telling me to put on counter while i waited in line. that was a nice touch by them.

I had the worst customer service experience tonight with an older employee. He looked unhappy with the world and provided horrible customer service. We walked in at 8:45 and he yelled at another co-worker to lock the door even though they close at 9pm. He was very short in his answers and treated me like I was bothering him by asking for parts. He just didn't want to help anybody else and was unhappy to have to assist customers. This employee should not be in a customer service position and I feel sorry for the people that have to work with him and the customers that have to deal with him. I will drive to another Autozone before coming here again.

I get most of my parts from them, they are very helpful, Steve and Raul are great when it comes to info I need to get my part and anything they dont have i can have it order and check back when its ready for pick up. Great group of people at this store.
