Horrible horrible service.. I work in customer service and this is the bottom of the barrel. Sad sad sad... being ignored is not how you should be treated when your spending money in any store. I'll take my business to advanced auto from here on out.

I said hey to the cashier then I said how's your day going on no answer sorry it's was answer a angry face like mma fighter I smiled nothing happened just angry face waw. his mane maro.I m not sure bcz he deleted part of his mane . I feel like I got treated like trash

Check engine light was on. Great service, very nice staff. Greeted coming in the door with a smile and hello. I speak no Spanish, I'm a white as can be middle aged woman with red hair. No issues what so ever, maybe the people that commented before me had s chip on their shoulders. Thanks for the great service!!!

I called 15 mins before closing and was told I could get the battery I really needed for my car in a crappy night. Jacob confirmed they had the battery and that I could pick up as long as I arrived before 10 pm. I got there at 9:54 PM and the doors were locked. What kind of bullshit is that??!!
