They get really busy at times but the customer service is worth the wait

Terrible customer service was sold ghe wrong break pads so no big deal i come back the clips were different . The manager assures me they are the right part when i can see on their computer that they are glued to that the part they sold me under duralast gold says n/a but they are the right part. Fine i say so i go get the pad i took off and the clip so she scabs some clips out of another box and says thats the best she can do for me. At this point i just want my money back cause of the way im being treated she says she can not do that cause they have been installed i say if i had had these installed i wouldnt be here right now. So now the manager is irate and says she us done with me turns her back to me . I remain calm at this point she takes a phone call . After that she says im calling the cops to have you exited from the store i say i would just like a refund and i will be on my way. So over a 30 bucks and brake pads autozone has lost a lifelong customer i dont know what that ladys problem was i just wanted some brake pads and hardware that fit.

I love Autozone, I can find everything anytime, they normally have what I need 95% of the time and when they don't have something that I need, they always point me in the right direction to get what I need, the staff here has always been really nice and helpful to me, definitely the best place to get what you need for all your car needs!!!
