I hate this store. Let me count the ways...1. The staff at this store is unfriendly and uninterested. Perhaps they should seek employment that doesn't require customer service. 2. The selection is limited or the shelves are empty. I have been trying to buy a specific brand of cigarettes for nearly six months and they never have them. They always say they'll let "someone" know, but apparently they either forget or the "someone" they tell blows it off. I pretty much live across the street from this store and will NEVER go there again. I will take my business to the store on 104th.

i was in the self checkout lane rather late, 10pm and both the manager and the clerk were trying to help a customer figure out her WIC check. I waited a good 5 min for them to finish and asked the supervisor/manager for help when she was done. I only needed an item removed from my order. She told me the clerk would help me and walked away. The clerk then spent at least another 7 minutes with the same customer before he helped myself and the 3 other people waiting for help. The supervisor was putting shopping carts in the closed lanes so nobody could get through them. Now how is that priority to helping the customers who were waiting? It was rude and just very bad customer service!

The bakery people needs to learn how to write on cakes when asked. I'm sure they have all the tools to do so. Please help make that better or I will take my business somewhere else.

I stopped to use the gas pumps but they shut off around ten. 64th and Sheridan has gas pumps on all night. I haven't been in that particular King Soopers in a while but they are all awesome. King Soopers rocks!

The person at customer service and the deli was curtious and helpful. I love shopping at this store.
