I have been living here for a few months now and can safely say: you will be better off elsewhere. Brian the manager is a nice guy but my impression is that he will say whatever you want to hear. His communication with maintenance and vice versa seems to be awful. Once you sign that lease, you will become far less important to them. I couldn't access my mailbox for months (the key they gave me didn't work), and repeated phone calls and prodding were obviously not very effective. Since then they have replaced the lock, but where did my mail go? I could see my name on several letters through a crack in the mailbox door. I heard somewhere that mail theft is a federal crime.

On a more positive note, the floors are concrete and do not let much sound through. Unless your drunk neighbors are screaming at each other outside your door, and running around smashing windows in and you have to call the police so you can get to sleep because you have to work the next morning.

Seriously don't move here.

Terrible terrible terrible place to live. You would be better sleeping on the sidewalk outside, although not next to this apartment because you will be sleeping on garbage and broken bottles. Laundry facilities don't work and they never return your calls. They don't fix anything and their maintenance person is always on drugs. There was a fire in one of the buildings and they did NOTHING about it. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE,

Autumn Run Apartments in Medina is a great community.  I have lived here for several years with little issue.  Service calls are taken care of right away.  The apartments are kept clean, not to mention the price is outstanding for living in Medina.  You cant find a better deal out there with the amount of space the apartments have.  I would recommend that anyone interested in an apartment near downtown would check out Autumn Run, I am glad I did!

I lived here 3 years and was never late.  I had late fees added and the owner refused to remove them.  They fired the office lady who worked here forever and replaced her with a guy who never returns phone calls.  Every time I had dealt with them they were unprofessional and trying to get money by overcharging or not honoring the price I was given when I signed the lease. I own a business, I would never treat my customers the way they did.   Thanks.
