I've lived at Forest Meadows for a year since coming to Ohio last April and my experience has been 100% positive.  The grounds and the buildings are kept in immaculate condition and the office staff is helpful and friendly. Any service requests are addressed immediately. The gym is well stocked with useful equipment and the grounds are friendly to kids and pets alike. The complex is close to restaurants and shopping and has easy freeway access for anyplace you want to go. I would recommend Forest Meadows to anyone looking for an apartment in Medina.

Lovely apartments homes! The best place to live in Medina! Close to parks and shopping and the staff is very helpful and treat you like family. I highly recommend it😀

More like Forest Ghettos; this place is horrible.  I moved in & the carpet was not replaced.  I could not even vacuum my carpet without it getting stuck in my vacuum cleaner.  The appliance kept breaking, the window in the back bedroom was broken from someone trying to break in, there was mold around the windows, windows & furnace have not been replaced in ages so the utility bills were outrageous.  The landscaping consisted of giant muddy swamps because no one cleans up after their dog, security is horrible (1 of 2 doors into building broken for a year).  The management does not care if you complain about noise, they do nothing about it.  I can hear the person above me snoring & the people across from them have a dog that barks all day, every day yet no one does a thing about it.  You will pay close to $1000 for a 2 bedroom & the very same apartment in Brunswick goes for $700's.

The apartments are convenient to Medina & we were able to stay without a lease (we paid extra for that). The maintenance guys were great. Never waited more than an hour to get something fixed. The CONS: your better like food smells. Every time a neighbor cooked it was in our apt. It was awful. And the office manager has no people skills & no ability to handle complaints. Talking to her was so frustrating. Thank god for our short term stay, we would have NEVER renewed a lease. The extra fees were crazy too. $25 per person for water; $25 per cat and $100 for not having a lease. That equaled $200 extra a month. I'm grateful I don't have to live there & was happy to get our full deposit back.

Washer and Dryer included, Upgraded rooms availible, all units are very new/remodeled, and odor free. The rooms are not crammed and are designed very well to maximize living space, The pool is always maintained and the gym is very nice (especially in comparison to other appartment complexes. Great and responsive customer service (our kitchen sink faucet broke and the day we told the office was the same day it was repaired!) I lived in Forest Meadows 2 years and am very satisfied with my experience. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.
