I called and the young lady Ms. Tamara was more then knowledgeable about they items that they sale. And the prices are great!!!

I read the prior review posted and felt it was not acurate at all.  I felt obligated to rebut it.

I couldn't have had a more professional and more productive encounter with the staff of AV Bingo Supply.  My initial phone call I made to their office was answered promptly and professionaly.  The receptionist was not able to answer all of my questions, so she asked me if I would like to speak directly with the "boss"?  I didn't know what to say to that, except, Yes.  He was on the phone before I knew it (I had just wanted information about what type of services and supplies they had to offer) I must admit I didn't even know what questions to ask, and he had NO PROBLEM at all telling me about everything they did and about all of services he/they had to offer.  He had more products and services then I could use at the time.  

I was impressed with the time he personnally spent with me, patiently making sure he had answered me satisfactorily.  I learned about their BINGO cards, and how they are printed.  Also, how they are able to supply and set up a complete BINGO hall to help raise funds for any cause and any number of guests/people.  They also offer "Casino Night" for small and large corporations parties.  They also offer staff, as many or as few needed.      

I have talked about the services A V Bingo offers with anybody that will listen.  I was impressed, I also hope people read my review and disregard the other. 

FYI I live in Vancouver, Wa.  and have nothing to do with them FYI.

I called A.V. Bingo Supplies just trying to get a little information on Bingo, because I've never played before. I called the first time, got a nice lady, got some information and then we said our goodbyes and hung up. Well I went down the list of numbers I had, and called the next Bingo Supplies number that was listed. Turns out it was the same company I just got off the phone with. Talked to her for a second or so, laughed and hung up. I figured since I just talked to her, she seemed helpful enough it wouldn't hurt to ask her another question, my roommate called back to ask her the question while I looked up more businesses. When she called, a guy named "Rust" answered the phone. "Rust" said that this wasn't the place and hung up. We double checked the number and saw it was right and called back to see if it was wrong or not, you know? Well "Rust" answered again, THIS TIME! He said, "Quit calling, you've called four times already." and hung up. I'm sorry but you DON'T treat potential customers like that, I know where I'm never shopping at!
