Fair price for the comfort and amenities provided. Continental breakfast served from 6-9am. Courteous and friendly staff. Close access to restaurants and the 14 freeway. Close proximity to Antelope Valley Hospital and Antelope Valley Mall.

Horrible place. Hallways stink of cigarettes, shady people standing by entrances. Located in a ghetto area, best to park your vehicle by your window. Pictures doesn't even match the room, everything is outdated & broken, toilet seat was covered in piss. They ask for a deposit, don't know why? Room is already ruined. If your paying in cash, just know they don't do refunds if you do.

Terrible!!  The rooms are dated and in need of repairs.   I tried to use the coffee maker and the water was brown!!!   The faucet in the bathroom sink made a terrible noise when you turned on the water not to mention the fact that the bathroom smelled  like urine!!! The breakfast wasn't the continental style and you couldn't even take your food back to your room.  The best and only good thing about this dump is that the cable and WiFi service worked well.  This place doesn't even deserve ONE star!!!

Would not stay at this cockroach infested. Dirty Motel. Not to mention the drug dealing my man witnessed while standing outside smoking a cigarette.
Also alot of bad element wondering around the property at all hours.
Folks with children should be aware of the dirty carpets and nasty floors. 
The continental breakfast is a joke
Cold cereal, canned fruit cocktail,
Mini muffins, and watered down milk. No nutritional value.

Love this place just in the summer there is a huge crack in their pool so no fun. They have huge TVs in rooms with internet and free on demand channels and cable rooms are pretty nice and clean
