I was referred to AVA Hair Salon through my brother. I got my first hair cut with Claudia and happy to say it looked great! Claudia’s knowledge and experience is nothing short of excellent! I’m now a regular customer and glad I gave this place a try.

Claudia did a PHENOMENAL job on my hair.  She corrected my old color and rejuvenated my hair with Aveda color using the bayalage method.  She was very meticulous and took her time, making sure my hair color would look perfect.  I absolutely love the results!! I got a longer bob haircut (I cut about 3-4 inches off), which she also did an amazing job on.  She styled it for me, and I felt like a new person afterward. I've received several compliments on my new hair.  I have not found anyone in San Diego that can perfect hair color the way she can.  My hair looks completely natural and is very even all the way around - no splotches, gaps or stripes.  The salon is very modern and serves wine or water if you wish to have it.  If you want to experience great results with high quality Aveda products, go to Ava Salon.

Claudia knows her stuff! Highly recommended for blondes. I wouldn't go anywhere else, even though this salon is a long drive for me. Worth it.
