I am a member with Sally club for many years now, I wish there were negative stars I would have given them that instead of this star.
The staff in this location are horrible not cooperative at all every time I go I leave not satisfied at all.
But today I decided to right a review about them to show how frustrated I am from the staff. I had a $5 coupon in a previous purchase I made more than a month ago at the same time I received an email with the same code for the coupon and I compared the numbers and it was matching. I was passing close to the shop at Jamacha RD. And I went to get what I needed at the end I showed them the email coupon and they told me I need to bring the receipt. I told them the code matches and she can type it since no one can use the code twice, but she refused. I asked her to remove one item from my bag and she asked me to sign a return receipt although I didn’t even insert my car and comple the purchase. I took the rest of my purchase with a big surprise I left the store.
When I went bag home I kept looking for the receipt and luckily I found it. Will take it to another Sally store to get my item from them , if I notice they have the same bad attitude as the store on Jamacha rd. I will not renew my membership with them anymore in the future and will buy my goods online stores.

I go there all the time and there was a lady that look at me like I'm robbing their whole store. I asked for help because I couldn't find something and instead of looking at ME she was looking inside my bag . She did it soooo much that before I walked out she was at the exit once again doing the same thing so I showed her my bag and said "do you like my purse or something " ugh I just felt so disrespected and uncomfortable.

This store is always running out of products and they don't tell the truth about when they will restock. I went to purchase  hair dye and they had sold  out and said they would not get anymore for a week. I went back two days later and the dye was there so i bought it, went back three days later and they had sold out AGAIN.

The costumer service at this location is really bad. I go there regularly and a lot of times the employees don't treat me or other costumers good unless they speak Spanish. On oct/27 I went around 11:30am, there were two people working a young lady with glasses and an older one. I asked the older employee for help she just looked at me and turned around and started laughing with other Mexican ladies. The young employee treated me well. This not the first time this has happened, the older employee always treats people badly, she doesn't give nice looks to people, she is very racist against people that are not latino, and she doesn't provide good costumer service. This is not the kind of employee that should work in a place that is supposed to make women feel better about themselves
