This is a fantastic indoor water park for families to enjoy. The slides are a blast for kids and adults alike. Enough thrill for an adrenaline junkie, enough variety for those who like to float or soak. Your kids will have a blast. It has the typical amusement park mark-ups. Not a cheap day out for a family, but a great time none the less.

Okay so i have been to this water park many time throughout my years i take my grandchildren here often when they come up from downstate to visit me and my husband. We went here yesterday on 2/3/2018 and upon paying i went to the women's locker rooms with my two granddaughters and my husband took our three grandsons to the men's locker room. When i entered the women's locker room it was in absolutely appalling and downright disgusting condition worse than ive ever seen it to be honest and i have came here on other occasions where there were dirty tampons and toilet paper all over ive even seen it where a child had missed the toilet and pooped on the floor before. But when i came in yesterday it looked like it hadent been moped or cleaned in a very long time i didnt even want to have my grandchildren take theyre shoes off in there there was something which i would assume was spilled lotion on the floor that me and my youngest grandchild almost slipped on even with our shoes on and i kinda just let that slide until my older grandaughter had to use the potty before entering the pools we went to enter one stall and yet again there was urine all down the toilet all over the toilet seat, toilet paper saturated with urine all around the toilet the femanine hygene disposial trash was completely full and could not be shut fully so we went to the next stall and it was slightly better but not really the cleanest i had to enter the stall with my granddaughter as all the other stalls werer ocupied because it was really busy and i had to help her hover over a dirty toilet seat that looked as if it had speckles of urine and feces still on it from not being cleaned properly. So after this i met my husband near the stand where you pay and we entered the kiddie pool with the younger kids as the older kids went to play after the kiddos were happily playing i walked over to where we had paied to infrom them that the bathrooms were very dirty and needed some serious attention and all the ladies at the front were busy but i saw a woman stocking the towels and told her about the conditions of the bathroom and this is where i was even more grossed out when this woman turned up to me her breath was the only thing i could focus on it was utterly repulsive i was about two to 3 feet away from her and it smelled so bad i didnt even want to finish telling her all the things i noticed in the bathrooms so i quickly asked her if she could have someone come clean them so that my grandchildren didnt have to use such icky areas to change and shower and go potty. When i asked her this she sounded very irratated and promptly sighed and went to the locker rooms to clean them id assume, so i went back to my husband and about an hour later my youngest grandson had to use the restroom he is only 3 and my husband was with the older kids going on the bigger kid slides so i took him to the womens locker room with me we entered the nearest stall which was the same one i had tired to use eariler and the only thing that had changed was the garbage had been changed there were still urine soaked toilet paper everywhere in that stall so we went to the next and same story as earlier so luckily no one had to sit on the set so we went back to the stand where you pay and again there were people in line and the nice ladys that we paied to get in were busy so i walked up to the same girl and asked if she had had anyone come clean the bathrooms as i was under the impression she was going to do it since she walked in there to inspect the conditions and she told me yes she had went in and cleaned them up and i informed her that they were still not clean and she sighed again wafting her gross breath right into my face so this time i made a note of her name Jessica was what her name tag said she was a very rude girl and her breath and body Oder was just appalling for being someone who works with customers. So then when it was time for us to go we arrived at 4:30 and left at about 6:30 there were so many towels in the lockeroom we didn't even rinse off just left and will not be back

Ridiculous. Check in is 5pm, waterpark closes at 9pm. Following morning we learn we must purchase a new wristband for waterpark entry. Resort has poor customer service, were out of maps for the hotel, no continental breakfast, broken elevators....save your time and money. Stay elsewhere.

Looking forward to trying the park. A thunderstorm was in the area and we wanted to make sure the pool was grounded. Took 45 minutes to determine it was. This should be in the Q&A section next to life guards.

Good water park for older kids. The younger kids pools were freezing!
