I had my 3 yr olds party here, they were super nice, clean everything was brought out on time. Food was great. Chelsea our server was super nice. All the kids had blast. Wish they open more because this 1 is far from my house but was well worth the drive! Thanks guys!

The rides are great, but most machines do not work and they just close the hole with a screw. It was my first time there 3/6/18. I didn’t not even use my tickets since I saw that most prizes were every expensive. I saved them for the next time I go. They should step up there game and also spray Lysol or at least something that would make the toddler area clean.

darn shame. I remember going to jeepers along time ago and it was much better. We took our child there for the first time and the place has just fallen apart. Darn shame. Its not even a business. The staff is of the lowest quality.Took 10 minutes to get tokens because token machines dont work. All they did was wak around empty tokens from machines.It was very dirty. machines had grime on them. We let the kid have fun took some pics and promised to never go again. Stick to chucke cheese folks its as good as it gets.

Went here for a birthday party. Right off the bat some of the games didn't work.... nobody was seen wiping down tables or cleaning the floors until they were just getting ready to close, and the cleaner used had a strong smell.... I ordered 2 orders of chili cheese fries that took over 15-20 minutes to get ready that i waited patiently for at the counter.... They were good, but seriously!? When they came up the manager had already saw that I had been waiting a while, but took a personal phone call, so I had to wait even longer for an employee from the back to bring me my order.... meanwhile they closed the kitchen after my order and somehow 3 or 4 orders came up 15 minutes after mine? Kids had fun on the rides, but all we got with 300 tickets was 3 bouncy balls I could've bought from the quarter machines.... I mean even Chuck e cheese brings your food to the table.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. I worked in the Family Fun Industry for over a year and thought I had seen it bad. The staff here seems to have no understanding or plans for game maintainence, it seems like nothing is ever working. My little cousin had fun but that had a lot to do with him not understanding that putting a token in a game should make it do something. This was an awful experience and I would never again refer someone here for their arcade or food...simply disappointing
