I cannot say enough about this company! It fights to get you the best deal there is, and with the greatest attitude! They are so kind, and willing to go out of there way to help! Thank you to Bryce for putting up with my very frustrated husband, very professional, and you made the sale! Brad just today got me a even lower rate! Steve is always happy and courteous! I recommend them highly :). .

I moved my insurance to Debbie Ferguson last year. I had been with a few different agents for years before, and never spoke with them except to pay my bill. I felt as though insurance was a requirement but that it was all the same and it didn't really matter who managed it. With Avalanche, Debbie explains everything to me, and cares about whether I have good coverages that I may need. She makes sure I know what's going on with my account and what my options are, so that I can make informed decisions. My coverages are higher than they've ever been, and my monthly bill is the lowest its ever been!

I worked with an agent here who showed me all my options and worked with me to find the best price for my auto insurance without sacrificing my good coverage, after years of being with another company. Not only did I keep my coverage, but I got four times what coverage I had, and CHEAPER than my old insurance. It's a necessary evil, and I know I'm not exactly passionate about it, but it's a requirement made much easier by the folks at Avalanche.

I have been a customer for over 4 yrs. Originally I saved about $400 a yr switching from another insurance company. I have stayed with them since. Always great customer service. Couldn't have a happier customer here!
