James E Dickinson Insurance Inc was started on July 9, 1984 by Jim Dickinson in Post Falls Idaho. Jim created the foundation of the company and in 1988, son J.D. Dickinson joined and in 2000 purchased it from Jim to further its growth and ongoing commitment to the community.

Dickinson Insurance has been serving Kootenai County, Idaho for over 30 years. Our agents have a combined level of experience of over 110 years in the industry.

With our diverse team of experts Dickinson Insurance offers business insurance, personal insurance, life and health insurance, group benefits along with a variety of miscellaneous markets to help provide the protection you need, when you need it.
