My roommate and I love living at the Avalon Ballston Square! We have all of the amenities that busy, young professionals are looking for, a great location, and a clean secure building. Maintenance is always prompt when something inside the apartment needs fixing. Mo, at the front desk, is so friendly and has really taken the time to get to know us over the past few months living here. Upon just entering the lobby and seeing my roommate or myself he already has our packages out and ready to be signed for. When a package went missing and another member at the front desk was unable to locate it, Mo found it for me the very next day! I hope to renew my lease when it is up and continue living here taking advantage of the many amenities and helpful, professional staff

I have been living at Ballston Avalon for about a year now. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at the front desk. Sylvonna is such a warm kind hearted person who greets me everyday by name with a smile. I have gone to her for help with various things and she has helped me quickly and with ease. She is an amazing addition to the team and I love to chat with her when I have a package to get! Another member of the staff I have to talk about is Clarence. Clarence was one of the first people I met who worked at Avalon and he is one of the best. He is so knowledgeable in regards to any question I might ask him and he has helped me in more ways than one! This staff has made Avalon truly feel like home. I'm so grateful.

Leasing staff (Autumn and Diego) are amazing and explained everything well. Love the new carpet and size of the apartment. So close to everything, makes life so much easier at a reasonable price. Make sure you out your parking pass or you will get towed. The fitness center is small and you can do quick simple workouts but golds gym is within walking distance so that's fine. Definitely join the Avalon family! June 2017 Update. Maintenance is on point. Quick, polite and knowledgeable. Had a great first 5 months here. Can't wait to see how the next 7 and possible more go!

Fabulous community, great people! Mo is an exceptional concierge, he can never do enough for you and always goes out of his way to make residents lives easy. He's so friendly and approachable, it made settling in to a new country and the neighborhood seamless. Such a wonderful welcome!

I've lived here for 4 years and I've loved every moment of it. The concierges, maintenance and leasing staff are super helpful, especially Mo. He always goes above and beyond to make sure I am taken care of. He also takes the time to chat with me, and ask me how I am doing every time he see's me. I would highly recommend living here.
