I have been living at the Avalon Maplewood for just 3 weeks and couldn't be any happier!  My entire leasing experience was so easy and that was entirely due to Tabatha. She was patient, walked me through a gazillion units and took the time to answer all of my questions. Every time I have emailed her (yes that is right she gave me her direct email) to ask one of my endless questions she replies promptly and is always helpful.  *Advice*---> if you are looking to lease an apartment here ask to make your appointment with Tabatha.

My unit is gorgeous and all my friends and family who helped with the move and have visited me still can't stop talking about how beautiful  the property is. I have a set of french doors that lead right outside to a courtyard with a fire pit, lounge area and grills. Mind you there are a number of courtyards on the property so I share the space with only a number of neighbors.

Now let's talk about Charlie.  Charlie, the maintenance tech, is AMAZING!!! He arrived when he said he would (less than 24 hrs from me making the request) and took an inventory of everything I wanted him to look at.  Please keep in mind I'm OCD so any speck on the wall drives me crazy.  He noted everything and didn't blink an eye.  He came back the next day and took care of EVERY single thing I asked for.   He went above and beyond to make me happy. To top it off he left me a nice note detailing all he had done.

The entire complex is state of the art.  Avalon also offers an online portal to manage everything to do with my lease (rent payment, maintenance requests etc.).  My experience here has been great so far and I would recommend Avalon Maplewood to anyone who is thinking of moving here.

Just moved in at Avalon Maplewood yesterday.. and it’s going to be my 3d year with Avalon community. A great community to live in. Very close to Seton Hall University. Guys in the leasing office are so kind and helpful (Tabatha & Denise). The maintenance guys are so helpful and professional as well. Avalon is the best!

Recently signed the lease and couldn’t be happier. The staff is very helpful and there’s nothing better than a brand new apartment.

The staff is amazing !  Tabitha my leasing agent went out of her way to make sure I was completely satisfied with the apartment I selected . Charlie a staff member went so much out of his way even stayed with us after he was suppose to leave for the day to show me the exact location of my unit to make sure I was completely satisfied and comfortable with my selection . The amenities and apartments are just beautiful with an upscale feel . I would highly recommend the staff and property !
