We currently have one bedroom with a den and two bedroom town home apartments available. Our one bedroom with den apartments are $1755 a month, our two bedroom town homes without a basement are $1920 and our two bedroom town homes with a basement are $1935 per month. These rents include heat and hot water.

All of our apartments are newly renovated to include brand new dark cherry wood kitchen cabinetry, under cabinet lighting, gooseneck faucet and under mount kitchen sink, brand new silver midst appliances, dishwasher, ceramic tiled backsplash in kitchen and ceramic tile flooring in kitchens and baths, decorative tiled tub surround, brand new dark cherry wood vanity sink cabinet with granite countertop in the bathroom and an under mount sink, upgraded bevelled oval medicine cabinet and brushed nickel light fixture, beautiful hardwood flooring throughout the apartment, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, raised six panel interior doors throughout, stackable full size washer and dryer are provided as well as all window treatments are included. In addition, we offer single car garage and off street assigned parking space in a nearby parking lot.
