This was my first time at the Aveda salon at Bethesda Row, and I had a wonderful experience. The staff is very nice and welcoming and takes great care of you! Kerry did an incredible job with my thick, long hair- transforming my look to something very polished and professional. I was very pleased with her work! I have a very dry scalp and Kerry gave me a life-saving oil treatment and a gentle shampoo- making what is usually very painful for me something quite pleasant and relaxing. Overall, a great experience- would definitely return!

I came here on July 25, 2017 and this light skinned redbone women called Silva did my nails and made my eyebrows on fleck like a boss. B)

First time here, and I made sure to request a stylist that would be familiar with trendy hairstyles.
Full disclosure, they took me 10 min late. I did however get a great, well versed hair stylist. She described everything she was going to do and communicated well.
I left with the exact cut and style I asked for.

I purchased a $60 Aveda gift card online. When my wife went to this location to redeem it, they stammered, lied, and claimed they were a private business which had nothing to do with Aveda. When we confronted them with evidence from the website as well as the eGift card, they reversed course and said the card could actually be applied to purchase some of their shampoos, just not any of their services (the website mentioned no such restrictions on its use). Avoid this scam operation.
