I have never had a facial. Was recommended by Super  Cuts. Heidi was the student who did my facial and massage of shoulders and feet. It was an excellent experience. I will ask for Heidi again. Great job.

Absolutely horrible. There is nothing worse than someone ruining your hair. The instructor tried to make an excuse for the student saying that I had face framing before.... please explain to me why a huge chunk of hair was cut off, not even close to my face. What a joke. I don't even blame the girl. She has been going to school there for only 3 months. That is not long enough. So upsetting.

Staff very helpful and supportive. Daughter donated hair for Children With Hair Loss. She left with a great new look. Staff listen carefully to my daughter desire for her new look.

* This is a school to help students get hands on experience * DUH... So if your stupid and don't understand that than please don't bother going. I see idiots complain about it being bad and etc but remember this is you helping them get comfortable in the career and giving them experience so they can learn and of course there may be some mistakes. Life is live and learn and try Try again.

I had been to Aveda many times for cuts & color so I thought I had a good idea of what I would be getting. WRONG!! I had hair to my shoulders that was thick and all I wanted was shaped, layers & textured. 2 1/2 hours later I now have hair that exposes the back of my neck and I have to tuck it behind my ears to not look like I have a bowl cut. I cried that day and I have cried everyday since. I just keep telling myself it’s hair. It’s not like they took a kidney. Very disappointed with the results.
