I do not usually post reviews, but I want others to be aware of what they could potentially experience. Personally, I was fooled after reviewing this salon's reviews, only to experience first hand that the few bad ones are probably the only real ones. In attempt to not make this review entirely negative, as far as customer service BEFORE arrival, Kee was great! The salon's name and pricing made me assume some level of quality/professional service. This misconception should have been evident once I walked in and looked around but the stylists were still given the benefit of the doubt. My Mom, Aunt, and I all live out of state and were in Vegas to attend my Mom's wedding. We visited the salon on Friday March 16, 2018 for hair and makeup preparation. The outcomes of all of our hair was decent, but not impressive. Kee charged $85 for basic updos with just slicked back hair and a pre-prepared drawstring ponytail (that we brought with us). The issue was not in the ripped off price, but moreso the quality of the service received. Not only did she use cheap gel (aware based on my past experiences) that caused immediate flakes that she stated were "normal" for the type of gel, but the paper used to wrap and set the hair under the dryer was cheap as well. When she took off this cheap wrap paper; she was aware of it getting stuck. She attempted to get it out, mainly by taking the easy way out and spraying a little extra oil sheen that caused the white paper to temporarily blend. Once the the oil dried... the paper was prominently seen and there was a lot of it. This became evident about a hour after leaving the salon (mainly because...although we got basic services.. as a salon they were slow and we were running late because of it). I noticed the white flakes and stuck paper in front of my hair before leaving and witnessed ill attempts of removal only to have the worse looking back pointed out to me later. Having dark hair, that white paper was noticeable and looked untidy and kind of nasty. $85 per undo for it to have the necessity of being washed the same day is ridiculous. After sharing this with Kee... her response was to apply water. Obviously that doesn't/didn't work and should have never been an issue in the first place. My Aunt's hair was a little cheaper in price because she didn't have the added hair... she had a similar paper experience. Her response to her hairstyle was "I could have done better" after my Grandma expressed that she didn't like it. Another lady did my Mom and Aunt's makeup She did a good job but charged $40 for basic/minimum makeup (kee quoted $25 over the phone) application. She didn't get to my makeup on time, because although it was basic, she was pretty slow. My Mom rubbed her eye a few hours after application and the eyelash came off. She rubbed them nonvigorously; so it should have stayed. They charged $40 to curl my little sister's hair. Her appt was initially cancelled, so it was nice of them to take her, but it looked better upon arrival than at departure. That $40 didn't include a wash. Although unsatisfied, I still decided to give Kee a monetary tip out of kindness. I'm writing this review in attempt to give whomever is reading a tip too. Please consider receiving services from elsewhere, especially services that serve a purpose (a wedding in my case). And Kee, upon finding out about paper (that you were aware of it being an issue in the first place) your solution should be more than just use some water.

Folded my closure when sewing it in. Loose after only a week. A serious mess. Waste of money. Never ever again. Never.
