Great customer service by Richard Hundley.  Took his time to answer all my questions and educate me on the correct digital piano for our family.  Would recommend highly!!

Stopped in looking for a mid range upright with two kids in tow half an hour before closing. The store manager Richard Hundley greeted us, gave us his time, did not rush us in spite of the late hour, answered a million questions and even took us into the workshop to be able to show components and give me demonstrative explanations. Another thing I really liked was the way he handled pricing - no negotiating down from msrp, just a "here is a fair price including delivery and a tuning" approach that was appreciated after experiencing the opposite. He was also very comfortable letting my kids play all of the pianos which was great because they are the ones who will be using it most. I've been to stores with larger inventories, and received very good service elsewhere, but this was a particularly good experience. Definitely worth making part of your piano searching process.

Also didn't get a great vibe from owner/manager, (or whoever was working there that day). Had been told that Avery dealt Kawai digital pianos, which was confirmed by this person when I came in and inquired. Needless to say, no Kawai keyboards in there. When I told her this she just kind of shrugged it off and went back to her business. Obviously this is in part the fault of Kawai for directing me there... just make sure you call before making the trip down to confirm that they actually have what you're looking for in stock, and make sure they physically confirm it instead of just assuming they have it on premises.
