During a move from a storage facility to a new home, my movers accidentally threw away the frame for my 9 foot Olhausen Monarch table. I had heard great things about D&L Billiards from several guys in my pool league so I contacted them. I was instantly impressed as they reviewed my options and worked within my budget to both get the parts I needed and install my table in my home to a quality it hadn't seen in years. As a former tournament player, I have played on hundreds of pool tables in my lifetime and I can honestly say that my table (completely installed by D&L) is the flattest, cleanest, most level pool table I have every played on. I highly recommend them for anything concerning billiards. A high quality, professional company.

I purchased a Brunswick table from D & L that came with suspect pockets, leading to some billiard ball imperfections.  After sending photos to Dave, he and his men took it upon themselves to drive an hour to my home from RI so the pockets could be inspected in person.  Nearly two weeks later, I received a call from Dave informing me that the pockets would be upgraded, replaced, and the balls would be replaced.  Not only would Dave and his team not accept money for their services, they proceeded to check in the following week, ensuring I was satisfied.  Bottom line, if you live within driving distance of D & L and don't render their services you are a fool.  They have a relentless pursuit for customer satisfaction, second to none.

Hard to find a place like this. Great store, professional management & staff, and they do beautiful, quality work. The table had been kept in storage for a number of years, had water damage, and was in relatively poor condition. The finished product is like a brand new table, plays perfectly, and at a completely reasonable price. The guys who came to set up the table arrived promptly, worked diligently, and cleaned up after themselves when they finished up. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would.
