Great Customer Service.  We have had Avid Plumbing work on our Madison house twice, once for a leaky toilet replacement and once for a new water heater.  They have good followup and explain everything.  Appointment process, work done and follow up was excellent.  Pricing seems fair.  Would definitely use again.

I had Avid install a hook-up for a new dishwasher. The staff is very polite and professional. They have text message appointment reminders and they emailed me the invoice right away. They also accept credit cards right over the phone. The entire experience was as painless as it gets. I will be a return customer of theirs for all of my plumbing needs.

We had Art from avid plumbing who came out and did some service for us! He did amazing work. He was also very professional and knowledgeable!! Will be using them again in the future!!

Do NOT use Avid.  We had drain issue. They sent a guy who got plumbers glue all over the bottom of our cabinet which totally ate away at it and destroyed it. We pointed it out and sent them pictures. We asked them to correct the issue and they gave us a run around. Not only did he ruin the cabinet but he screwed up the piping even more.
