I called for a quote and the lady Paula was so rude she automatically told me there's no cars and hung up on me I was still talking and she hung up on me and I called back and as I was talking she hung up on me again ,so I decided to call again and as soon as she heard my voice she said bye And hung up by far this is the worst customer service ever I always go to you guys but now I'm very dissatisfied . she was so rude and she didnt even let me ask questions .and I called back and come to find out she's the manager never again will I do business with that company again she should not be manager if she has a bad attitude and is so rude. So please dddddoonnnt rrrennnnt from them .Paula is so rude and has no manners at all .

There is a reason why nobody rents from this guys. They try to over charge you and hope to get away with it. Counter Lady was missing when I got there this morning. I started looking for somebody and I was yealling for help. Eventually she showed up and seemingly upset told me that she was in the restroom. I said, "ok." She then went on to explain to me that she has to use a restroom all the while being super rude. I wasn't responding and I just wanted to return the vehicle and go on to my own business. She tells me that I'm alset, but I asked for a receipt. She got more upset, and after checking the car for a third time she agreed to give me a receipt. When I got the receipt I saw an extra $39.75 charge on it, my rental was only $52.99. I rented it for one day. She said that it was for 1 hour late fee, I was only 30 min late. I told her that it is not right. Then she went on how I am responsible to read the contract to know what I am getting myself into before signing it. I rent cars all the time, but from more reputable companies. I never had to deal with something like this. I called Avis Customer Service and after them explaining to me that I was in wrong they were willing to make one time curtesy to refund me that $39.75. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS BRANCH. STAY AWAY.

This is not a rental place, its a sales location. The title needs to be changed. Waist of my time
