This is by far the worst rental place I have ever been to .  It takes anywhere from an hour to three hours to get serviced. They were more focused on making a sale, they weren't worried about integrity or the satisfaction of their customers. They manipulated my husband into buying insurance. They told him if he put a deposit down , that will be all they have to pay and they will get it back once the car is turned in.  Then a few days later our account gets charged. We went to them on an insurance claim, we had full coverage insurance, so we didn't even need the insurance. At the end of the day we got charged 500+ dollars never again will we do business with them.
