Do not rent from this company. I rented a car online only to travel 60 miles to pick it up and be informed they didn't have any cars. When I told them I put it on my credit card I was informed they couldn't do anything about that and needed to call Avis. I called Avis and it is still showing up on my credit card. I have called once again and after spending 18 minutes on hold was told the billing department just closed. So, after driving 120 miles round trip for a car I didn't get and spending approximately 3 hours trying to cancel the charge for what I didn't get, I still am owing for a car I never got. WOW!

Absolutely unacceptable. We reserved and paid for a full size sedan a week ago via Avis website. Went to pick vehicle up and we were informed they didn't have a full sized sedan. They offered free upgrade, but the midsized SUV options they had offered less backseat space (for three children) then the sedan we had asked and paid for. After settling for the SUV, employee ran a credit check and told us we couldn't rent the car. Very confusing as we paid in full alreadyear a week prior, and are fully insured. We were told we had to wait a few minutes for the manager to arrive so she could process our refund. Over an hour later, the manager arrived and literally handed us a slip of paper with the 800 number for Avis on it and told us we had to call them for a refund. I have never in my life experienced such deplorable service. Rented a car from Enterprise 4 months ago with absolutely no issues. We will never attempt a transaction with Avis again.

Some of the best service I've ever had; I need to pick up a car on Sunday. They're the only site open on Sunday in the Kokomo area. The agents at this location take customer service to the next level, they are very polite and courteous to everyone. I rent weekly, if they weren't as friendly and service minded I'd resort to renting a vehicle on Saturday from one of the competitors. As long as this site keeps people like this on their team, I'll continue to go to this location for my rental needs.

William Y The new agent at the Kokomo branch is very personable. I had the best experience when I rented from Avis. The cleanliness of the cars are awesome and the agent has a smile that make you want to rent everyday from you guys. I will tell all my friends and co workers that Avis in Kokomo is the place to rent from if you are looking for great customer service and clean cars.
