Worst location staff and services ever. Never get my car on time and they don't adjust the return time if check in time was delayed because of their mistake. Tepresentative is very rude and disrrspectful and is a shame for Hertz. I am not going to rent from these guys next time. They will charge you more than quoted when returning the car no commitment nothing... you don't want to listen and would like to go and try yourself, go but make sure you out your review here. !!!

I would walk to California before I ever rented another car from these awful people. We rented a car bc ours was in the shop being fixed. We have a dog, that sheds a lot. When we got the car, it wasn't freshly vacuumed. We found name tags from previous renters, paper clips, and gum packs between the seats when we cleaned it before returning. There were leaves and such all over the car. When we went to turn it in, they were rude, unprofessional, condescending, and accused us of having a dog in the car. Clearly they  expect it back in a much better condition then they give it to you. When I called to see what the trouble was that they were giving my husband bc I was at work, the guy was even more disgraceful. He cursed at me, and was extremely unprofessional. I'll be contacting someone at corporate. Something needs to be done with this locations staff. I was warned not to go through them. Should've listened. Despicable.

Horrible service - staff is lethargic and inefficient. Hertz is a great company, must have management issues here.
