This location does not follow through with what they say over the phone. We called spoke with an employee who agreed for the dealership to return the vehicle on a Monday as we were informed we wouldn't be charged an addition 2 days. They ended up charging us additional fees and are now refusing to refund there money. Will never use Avis in the future nor refer them to anyone for business.

This location WAS our go to company until... we met the manager named Courtney. He was very rude, unprofessional, thought we were out to rip him off even though we are "Preferred" Avis members. Complete moron when it comes to customer service. After we left with our rental, he calls stating we vandalized his bathroom, since we had an unpleasant experience with him, it had to be us who did it. Reallly?? Dude is useless, tried to charge us phony charges just because he has the authority to do it. Never NEVER never rent from this location, at least while Courtney the worlds WORST manager is running it. There is a young female who works there, she's great. Promote her to manager and things will improve!

Jackie was a dream to work with. She was quick, so helpful and really nice. We had to exchange a rental car picked up at the airport that was acting up and she did the exchange, didn't give us any trouble and was incredibly accommodating and didn't try to upsell us on any of the unnecessary stuff. She even let us know important information that the airport Avis had left out. I wish I lived in the area because I would always rent from this location!

It's a very friendly place and treats citizens nice I don't know the guys full name Mike wait on me all the time and he's a very friendly man and curious.
