Service so horrible, they might as well be invisible! We had a check engine light come on and needed an immediate switch of our car. We called and they said they did not have anything left. We went to another branch and found out this branch did have available cars. This location lied about their availability and also did not answer their phones for over an hour. Neither the branch we were at nor myself could reach them to see if they could accommodate us. Absolutely terrible branch that enjoys the constant ringing of their phones.

I have had 3 experiences with Enterprise where I had to rent a vehicle at this location and each time I received prompt, professional, outstanding service from Lezleigh. She takes care of business and I believe she has a bright future! Sherin

Car rental and everything went well, the problem came upon receiving the bill. I was charged almost $20 more than expected. I expected $82.50 for 5 days of rental (insurance of the at-fault driver covered the rest of the rental fees). $15 for 5 days plus the 10% car rental tax. Instead I was charged almost $100. I do NOT recommend anyone use these lying scumbags, use some other company!

worst rent a car expereince ever gave my car away since i wasnt there right on time they could have had the decentsy to call me or i could understand if my reservation was in am and i did not come by say lunch time they screwed me over big time i just started a new job and could not afford to miss and now beacause of there lack of care and negligence i had to call in and being at my job less than 2 weeks will never use this location again and wished i never had to use enterprise again so unhelpful the least they could have done is work with other locations to make things right and didnt even do that
