We offer an authentic taste of Neapolitan cuisine. Everything from our pizza dough to our cannoli cream is made from scratch. Our wood fired brick oven is the center of attention and creates flavor that just can not be replicated. We have an extensive menu that ranges from brick oven pizzas to pastas, soup, salad, antipastos, sandwiches, specialties, wine, beer and spirits . Aviva is a contender for Best Pizza in the greater Pittsburgh area. If it's not the best, it's very close. (I still have a few more places to try). The dough is perfect. The crust is light and airy yet crisp where it should be, and substantial enough to hold up to the toppings. Perfect. The sauce is outstanding and bursting with fresh tomato flavor. I make pizza myself, and I would love to get their recipes for both, but I doubt they'd be willing to share. Let's just say I will be studying this pizza very closely to try to replicate it. My wife and I just moved into the area and this has become our go to spot for happy hour. We have tried several of their pizzas and all of their happy hour apps. Everything's good. The happy hour specials are generous portions for the price. The greens and beans with chicken is a good healthy choice with some nice heat to it. They play decent music in the lounge area. The staff have been cool to us so far. The bartender is professional and knowledgeable, and it's rather impressive the way he takes care of the bar and lounge tables simultaneously (good on ya bro). Our food has always come out fast, especially considering we are usually there on Friday evenings. We do try to get in a bit early to beat the rush (tip: the tables in the lounge area fill up fast for happy hour). They only have a few taps but they always have some solid beer choices. What more could you ask for? Aviva gets an easy 5 stars from me.

Quite good food and nice place, but on the pricier side. Gluten-free pizza was decent and the New York style cheesecake was among the best I've had. We'll definitely come back for another look.

We got the vegetarian pizza with sausage on it. I know not very vegetarian but it had everything we like on it. We also got a plain cheese. We loved both. If you are feeding 4 people definitely get 2 Pizzas. They are small.

Salads are the absolute best I have had anywhere. So much flavor. Wait staff are always friendly and helpful. You can tell this is a very well run restaurant by their great attitudes and eagerness to serve.

Food was a bit disappointing, not horrible though. Our server was miserable. Atmosphere is nice.
