First time here. Show hasn't started yet, but so far so good. We arrived at 5pm with general admission tickets. Had to stand in line for about an hour, but ended up with a nice little table in the back corner. Decent view of the stage, and we can always move up closer if we want to. Nice thing is that even though it's non-smoking, you can easily walk outside to the parking lot to have a cigarette without very much fuss. Better than some places that won't let you back in (ahem - PNC Park...). Okay, opening act is on. Good sound & volume. Glad to see they utilized the TVs for the stage. Our waitress Ricki is awesome!♡ One comment - it's hot as heck in here! Everyone is fanning themselves and sweaty. Kind of puts a damper on things... even just some circulation would help.

This place fills a much-needed void in the northern Pittsburgh area. The facility itself is nice. The free parking is a plus but don't show up late because the business that owns the parking lot to the left will charge you $10 to park there. They bring in some good bands. We are in desperate need of music venues however, this place is just out there to rake in the money. The tickets are overpriced, they charge a cover charge, they over sell tickets to the point where there's nowhere to even sit down or park, the food and drinks are grossly overpriced. I paid $14 for an order of fries! The way it is set up it is very hard to get a seat where you can actually see the band because there are so many people packed in the middle of this place. The service is terrible. If you're not with a large group You pretty much have to hunt down a server to get a drink. The bathrooms are always filthy never once do they send someone in there during the night with hundreds of people using them.

Very nice music venue. Good is a little pricier than I expected. Upstairs spacing is tight unless you are in what looked like a VIP section.

Went to Night of the Singing Dead. My 3rd time at this venue. Great show, seats upstairs ok. Many seats downstairs have obstructed or limited view. Not the greatest for a show. Think a better floor plan could have been possible. Food was good and great service.

Dear Jergel's, please build the stage up just 2 more feet in height and you'll get 5 stars. All it takes is one tall person standing in front to ruin it for 100 other people. Other than that, this is a great venue to see a show. The poorly thought out stage height is a huge downer.
