Terrible company promoting and rewarding their agents for only telling their client the "up side" of their products...never the "downside".  We thought our broker was acting in our best interest when we invested with him, but it soon became clear that he was only interested in how many contracts he could sell us.  He is an insurance salesman not a financial planner and does not conduct business with the best interest of the client.  Took us way too long to figure it out. We got locked in with exorbitant surrender charges and maintenance fees...these costs were never explained to us.  We had to find out on our own. Once I discovered these facts, I asked for some consideration but everyone I talked to said "NO" there is nothing we can do. Stay away from this company. They are only interested in telling you what they want you to hear (up side)...not the costs associated with their products (down side).  They put their best interest ahead not yours!  Do your research, there are much better companies to invest your hard earned money with.
