I was with Leianna for 2 years, then moved out of state and went back to her 16 years ago!  She is and has always been the most helpful, educated, positive and professional person I've dealt with in the service industry!  I appreciate attention to detail and willingness to help tremendously.

Leianna Moore of State Farm has been my agent for about 30 years. She has never been anything but professional. She is efficient and she makes it easy to do business with the company. I recommend her highly.

Highly unprofessional.  Apparently depending on whether or not this agent likes you she will decide to require a vehicle inspection or not.  I drove my bosses vehicle to the agents location because my vehicle (private party purchase) was not insured therefore not drivable.  She asked for the odometer reading and i said i would grab it (not realizing i was there in my bosses car) she came with me and as i got to the parking lot and saw my bosses car i explained that i had made a mistake and that i had not driven my car there because it was not yet insured.  She replied with "that's sketchy" and told me she would need to inspect the vehicle before she insured it... i asked if the only way i could get insured was if she inspected it and she said yes... So living a block away i drove home in my bosses car and drove mine to the state farm lot ( she was the agent so i assumed i was in the clear to drive it there), and when i arrive she says "you drove your vehicle uninsured? That will cost you another $50 a month to insure."!!!!! Then my boss calls in and is informed that "sometimes" they will inspect vehicles... so was i profiled? When does this lady get to decide insurance fate?  Cars are insured on the internet every day with no inspections required.  I wasted a work day because not only did i not get insurance, but i cant get my vehicle registered without it.  Super disappointed in State Farm, this representative has no business dealing with the public and representing this company on a daily basis.  I wouldn't recommend doing business with Leianna Moore if you can avoid it.
