Axiom was excellent.....
They were great from start to finish.  They worked as hard to help me with Insurance authorizations as they did on getting me better.  The therapists were great, the ability to give me appointments when I needed them with a various therapists was great, I did not have to come when one had a slot.
The team work was fantastic in helping me recover.
Thanks to all from start to finish for helping me with all aspects of my rehabilitation.

I went in to drop off my prescription and insurance card for therapy and imagine my surprised when I finished filling out all the paper work they asked me if I had time for an appointment that day. And I said YES, the sooner I can get started the sooner I'll better. They had an appointment after a therapist within minutes of her last patient.

Needless to say their appointment system works excellently and there has never been a wait time. Which I consider excellent patient service

I am so happy I chose Axiom PT and OT Plus for my therapy sessions! They had state of the art equipments and the staff members were so awesome! I really had a great experience!

I started an FBI investigation against O and P Plus in Tuckahoe, NY for their crim(s) of defrauding  Medicare for $1501.02 
They told me those braces were free and I mentioned that I already had a BEll Horn pair which cost me 45. each at Value Plus Pharmacy in Yonkers, NY.
This company charged Medicare $!501.02 for two braces which are not as good. THIS IS A CRIME ACCORDING TO FBI WHITE PLAINS,NY.
Further I am registering complaints with The Social Security Administration as well as Medicare. FYI, my copay was $228.72 for something I already had which cost only $90.00. I had made them aware of that when I went to pick up the braces.
Obviously I am not paying 1 penny for this crap. I still have the braces - unused - and am saving them as evidence in a criminal trial.
I am also contacting news media about this. It is outright FRAUD.
