I spent 7 months at PPT Eastchester in therapy for two total knee replacements done 3 months apart. From my first meeting with Peter, it was clear that he was invested in my recovery - not to 100% but to 110%, as he said. The clinic is new and state-of-the-art. The atmosphere Peter and Justin set is quiet and calm. Each patient is treated for a full 45 minutes or more by the well-coordinated staff. Yes, sometimes it hurt, but I learned and now believe complete that pain is a necessary road mark of progress. A special shout-out to Dana at the front desk who makes each person feel welcome. I recommend Peter and his staff at Eastchester without reservation.

After getting over my initial apprehension to going to physical therapy, I must say I had a great experience here, mostly due to the environment and professionalism displayed here.  They were very punctual and accommodating to my scheduling of visits.  From the initial consultation to my final session, I received individual attention from each of the therapists, particulary Tova and Jay, which included detailed instruction on proper techiniques for therapy there and for my at-home continuation after rehab was complete.  I went there for my sore knees, and after several weeks of therapy I have been virtually pain free since and have resumed my vigorous workout routines, inclusive of running again.  They provided added tips to avoid future issues with my knees and provided explanation of how and why I was experiencing the pain I had just from their experience and observation of my techniques.  I greatly recommend using them for physical therapy if ever needed.
