Male secretary (Dr's Husband) is extremely rude!! He refuses to release my child's medical records to me. He asked for identification but still wouldn't release anything stating, " We need to protect ourselves ". When I asked for an explanation, he got angry and asked me to leave. I refused, and he started yelling at me and slamming his fists on the table. This is now the second incident with this man being outright rude and unprofessional. I am removing my daughter and would just like to warn everyone to stay away. Save yourself the headache. There's an awesome alternative just around the corner.

Very very rude! I was trying to get my children medical records.  They claimed they sent them but they never did. He was rude and hung up on me. Now I don't know know how to get those records.  If i had known i was going to deal with this I would have never take them there.  Don't go to this office doctor
