I have never left a review for a business but I felt that I needed to let other parents know about my experience with one staff member in this office. I recently called this office to make an appointment for my son. Within the first few seconds of my making this call I was interrupted several times as the receptionist/admin Jennie's cell phone kept ringing. I normally would not mind but I could not get a word in edge wise as the receptionist rapidly spat out questions. She tried to hurry me along to obviously go and make her cell phone call, which I would have been happy to do with my answers but Jennie did not have the patience to listen to my answers. Jennie then gets an attitude with me, I became very agitated and then she tells me to find another dentist. I sat through this unpleasant phone call because even though I live two hours away from their office, my son really needed to see a dentist with this particular specialty. So I made my appointment. I recently found another practice with a much more professional staff who asked me the same questions without the interruptions and disrespectful tone. So I am cancelling my appointment and taking my four children's teeth elsewhere like Jennie told me to. I am sure that Dr. Markos is a great dentist and the rest of his staff must be marvelous but I cannot deal with this nonsense while simply trying to make an appointment for just one child. A doctor's office is still a place of business and there should be no room for such BAD customer service. Jennie must feel very secure in her job to feel free to behave in such an awful way and drive patients away. I cannot believe that I am the first person to whom she has been so rude to. I feel really bad venting online but since Jennie would not let me speak to another staff member about my call, this is my only option. I am sure that my experience with her is of no consequence but I feel that I had to voice my experience somewhere.

Dr. Markos and his staff are excellent. My son has no problems coming here and always leaves smiling. I highly recommend them!
