My husband bought my engagement and wedding rings here in February. I took them in to have them welded together last week. On both occasions  we received exceptional customer service. Would recommend them to all my friends and family.

B and B is a fantastic jewelers and the only place I would consider taking my antique jewelry (including sentimental family pieces) for repairs. Their prices are always fair and they don't seem to mind that I usually come in wearing jeans and flip flops!

I have purchased several pieces of quality jewelry at B & B Jewelers over several years. The staff was always very helpful in giving recommendations and helpful with locating just the right pieces. Especially Tim Blair's experience and knowledge has been very valuable in helping me make the right decisions. The jewelry has lasted the rigorous trials of daily wear. I have recommended them to many of my friends as a good source for their jewelry purchases and service.

I have used B&B Jewelers as my jewelers to repair rings, earring, to create engagement rings for our daughters and nieces, create earrings for my Mom,  to purchase estate jewelry pieces that are a great value and unique and have always had my expectations exceeded with the service they provided.  I trust them with all of my jewelry needs and have found them to be honest and very fair. I highly recommend Tim and his staff.

Extremely poor customer service.  My husband bought my wedding rings, not sure why in the first place,  at B&B and was told they do have a trade up program.  When we called about trading up, they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about.  Prior to that I called them about doing a repair to a prong and they wanted to charge me 100 to repair!  I would not recommended them to anyone!
