We love the theater. But, we are disappointed in buying tickets on line. We received a gift card for Christmas. It has a number on the back, but there is no place that we can see to enter it on line. And, no one will answer the phone. At the very least, if this feature is there, it needs to be made clearer and easier to use. The theater has gotten very busy so we have tried to drive there to use our gift card 2 hours early and all seats were already sold out. Thought we would use it on line earlier in the day, but can't. Fix that and the place will be perfect.

All i can say is wow! Several theaters in the area have gone to easy chairs, but these are extremely comfortable. I love details and these guys have thought of it all. Even the cup holders are well placed and accommodate the smallest to the largest cups with ease. The staff is amazing and very attentive. I love the fact that they play music and movie scenes on the public address as you are walking up to the theater. It welcomes you in as you walk up to the building. The one knock I have is that they offer fries with some of their meals. It takes over 5 minutes to get the fries. I have to be honest, I would rather have fries that have been there for 5 minutes than get fresh and have to wait.

The entry is way too small for the crowd that gathers there for tickets... Box office nor kiosks... No line is short. Would love to see them send tickets to your phone so you could skip the line all together. Pepsi products served here... So not my favorite - but to each their own. Recliner seats are really great! Love that you reserve your seat online and don't have to battle for your favorite spot. Sound and picture quality are very good.

Nice theatre especially with the upgrades. Love the Grand Screen. You'll save money going here and no longer get less of an experience. My only complaint is they do not have 3D movies. If a movie is available in 3D, we want to see it in 3D. So we unfortunately go elsewhere for our 3D movies. Other than that it's perfect.

Recently remodeled and it is my favorite place to see a movie now. The seats are all leather recliners. When fully reclined, there is plenty of room for people to walk in front of you without having to make space. Concessions are fine - priced about what concessions are at any other theater. Overall an awesome place
