I am disabled and it is very hard for me to get around so I tend to call places ahead of time. I called B & D and they told me to come on in for a nail remover. When I arrived a lady was complaining that they wouldn't be able to help her. I found out shortly after why not. EVERY SINGLE tech was off to lunch... All of them. They didn't bother telling that to me or the woman who, ultimately, I gabe a ride home too.

Bad business practices and terrible customer service.

Fantastic fast service, and the gentleman who worked on my car was not only understanding, but also willing to explain what was going on, and why I needed the new parts. If I'm ever in the neighborhood and need help again, I'm definitely stopping here.
