Fast, friendly, professional service. Car was ready and waiting for me in about a half-hour after I showed up without an appointment and dropped off the keys and walked across the street to get a taco.  I called before showing up and Sako answered my questions with patience and professionalism.  I didn't have my smog/renewal notice with me, but they didn't need it.
