Called on Friday afternoon (around 3:30 if I remember correctly) for yearly cleaning got scheduled Wednesday (I pushed the service out, they could have came earlier). Tech Ryan was honest, went above and beyond expectations! Cleaned up after himself, took shoes off upon entering my house (I dont require shoes to be removed), even changed a filter that wasnt scheduled for today!  We will be returning customers.

This is the only HVAC service company in Gladbrook (with locations in Gladbrook and Marshalltown) and I have attempted to support this local business by making them my first contact for my HVAC needs.  On three separate occasions over the past 2 years I have contacted B&G in Gladbrook for servicing my residence.  Each time I call, the receptionist takes down my information and a short description of my service request and ensures me that I will be contacted to set up an appointment.  In every case I have followed up with an additional phone call when I am never contacted for scheduling service and the receptionist apologizes and takes a note to remind the office manager.  On some occasions I physically stopped at the office location in an attempt to schedule service and there has never been someone authorized to schedule service and I am instructed to provide contact information and promised someone will get back with me.  The one time I received a return phone call after approximately 7 follow up calls over a period of 8 days a service date was set but the technician never showed up.  B&G has missed out on over $10,000 worth of service at my house that was serviced by companies in the surrounding area.

I would not recommend B&G for your HVAC needs especially if you require emergency service.
