Not only did they give away my take out order to someone else, the second order was incorrect. I had to wait till they remade the order. When I got home, I realized they left out the chicken on both salads, even though I paid for it. This is not the first time my order was incorrect. I ordered a chicken sandwich several weeks ago and got home only to realize there was no chicken in the bun. How could that possibly happen? I called back tonight to see if I could get some adjustment to my bill and was told I had to download the B. Good app to get free items in the future. This is not good customer service. I will not be back.

4/28/18 In parking lot eating burger had ordered avocado and chips but staff could not get it together, and stood waiting for 10 minutes when wrong lid where brought.  All customers returning to counter for questions on orders, missing orders, more plates, looking bag for orders.   In the meantime employees from other stations twice trying to add sauce to my avocado and black beans.  One succeeded in adding more and that is when I decided to save now cold burger and get out.  No urgency to serve customers.  Maybe should take training from Panera’s.  Burger was good but not worth the aggravation.

I like that the food is some what healthy, but a little expensive for the portion you get.
Had no problems with the service, and the food is good too. I got the Elizel turkey burger with a side of sweet potatoes, and a acai drink. You can see it in the picture.

ok, this place is going downhill fast! In the beginning I went there and the burgers were hot and the rolls were fresh and the food was tasty, the fries were cooked well and crispy.  I went there last night, the burger was kinda cold, totally not freshly cooked AT ALL, the bun was stale, and so was my husband's.  The sweet potato fries were cold, black, and mushy, they tasted awful!  I was sooooo disappointed in this place last night, that I will probably NOT go back and I am contacting the manager to let them know if they want to stay in business they need to hire people that care about what they are doing and ensure customer satisfaction. I was very sad to have had this experience at BGood in Mount Laurel

I love the excellent salads that this restaurant makes. Very healthy and delicious.
